Get out of pain. MELT Method is a simple self-treatment. Discover how rehydrating your fascia can relieve your aches and allow greater mobility. Not in pain, just want to increase athletic performance? MELT can help you improve your balance, flexibility, and recovery time.
Each two-hour workshop includes a technical overview, of how MELT Method affects the connective tissue system (fascia) and experience it on YOUR body! We will perform both a hand and foot treatment, using MELT soft balls, and back and leg sequences, using the MELT soft rollers! Come in comfortable clothing and be prepared to take your shoes off. Accommodations are offered for many techniques, so if you cannot get down on the floor, don’t worry, you can do all Hand and Foot Treatments in a chair, and many soft roller treatments standing against a wall.
