MELT Method

MELT Method is a simple, self-treatment (hands-off body work™) to release pain and live a healthier life. It works by applying precise gentle pressure and motion to specific areas of your body with small rubber balls and a soft foam roller. The rollers are featured in the photo above.

My journey to become a MELT Method Instructor began in March of 2016, when my body hurt everywhere. A Shiatsu message therapist suggested I might benefit from adding MELT’s self-treatment protocol. I’d been athletic, strong, and flexible much of my life, but a decade of challenges took it’s toll on my body, spirit, and psyche. My journey back to optimal health is in process, and MELT has become such a key feature, that I had to learn to teach it, so I can share the joy and hopefulness I’ve experienced with you!
